Helga's Haven is a safe place of "Rest & Restoration" for all women while they regain their spiritual and emotional strength from whatever ails their tender hearts. It will grow into a life-coaching/spiritual Y.O.G.A. haven that will touch as many women as God has planned. Strongly nourished Godly women with clear eyes and full hearts will march out!
